DIY Model Comp Card
If you are a model who is trying to get signed, use your digitals for your comp card. Scouts & agents are not interested in your photoshoots. They want to see your digitals. If you don’t have digitals… take some first or book with me here.
Use my template to make your own comp card.
Create a digital comp card using a QR code for others to scan at castings or networking events.
Step 1: Use this template I designed on Canva. Replace the sample images and text with your images, name, and measurements. [Ignore the QR code for now]
Step 2: Export your file from Canva as a PDF or JPG.
Step 3: Upload the file to an online shareable folder. Dropbox or Google Drive (Set permissions to ‘anyone with a link can view’)
Step 4: Go back to the design on Canva and scroll down until you see the “QR Code” link on the left hand tab.
Step 5: Enter the link to your comp card and it will generate a new QR code. Replace the sample QR code with your new QR code.
Step 6: Export page 3 as a JPG and store on your phone for your next networking event.
