I offer model digitals for models who are in need of an update or who just haven’t gotten them yet. The process is simple. You’ll come to my studio with 1 outfit that is form fitted to your body, we put you by the window light, and we capture different poses and expressions. We shoot a headshot, a full body shot, and waist-up shot. Then depending on your agency, we can get profile angles and other angles, but this is pretty much what you can expect from standard industry digitals.

How Are Modeling Digitals Used?
To the left is a picture of a male model's digitals. Your company will normally make a comp card with all of your measurement after your digitals are finished, including your name and commonly, your social media handles.
When models attend castings, they typically bring their portfolio, which includes any comp cards they want the production team to take into account.
A model digital is simply a model's business card. On one side are the models' digitals, while on the other are the images from their best portfolios.
Another benefit of digitals is that customers like to view models as they are right now. Because digitals are so simple and easy to access, seeing a model at the point of interest for a brand is beneficial. Although the photographs in some models' portfolios may show them with really cool hair, they were taken a few months ago, and their hair has since been changed. Do you want to work for a modeling agency? Here's what will happen: You can submit an application online or at an open call held by an agency. Both male and female models are included under the headings "new faces" or "development" on their website. The development board, which is essentially where all the new models go, will include you if you are signed.
During this phase, your agency will send you on "test shoots" with photographers who are on their list so that you may build your portfolio. But because they are volunteering their services, these photographers typically capture images that are beneficial to them but not to you. In this stage, you may spend months taking part in "shoots" that may give you the idea that you are "modeling," but you are actually not working or getting paid. This is due to the fact that they lack experience in coaching and model development.
You need a modeling portfolio and strong digitals as soon as you get signed so you can start working immediately.
You can save so much time by coming to me first. I develop models 360. We work together to first understand the following:
What kind of model are you? A fashion model or a commercial model? Or can you do both?
What kind of brands would be interested in your look?
Then I have you do homework to research the kind of brands that have models that look like you and save their images for reference.
We then plan to recreate ad campaigns images for your paid test with me that look like they’re from these brands.
During the session, I develop and teach you what modeling is all about. If it’s a fashion brand- how to model for fashion or if it’s a commercial brand- how to model for commercial. I also pull out your strengths, reveal your weaknesses, and affirm your angles and strongest features to lead with going forward.
On top of that during our session we discuss the business side of modeling. Whether it’s an actor or a model, every artist who enters my presence will get a spiel on how to approach their career as a business because so even know to do so and I am interested in changing that to have you achieve the highest possibility for success in this very difficult business.
